In our opinion, there is no better time for a road trip than in fall.  We typically head to our cabin where the colors are magnificent.  From there we get on the Blue Ridge Parkway with some stunning views and an explosion of fall colors.  We love the temperatures during this time of year and what a great escape from the heat of Florida.
